No bells, no whistles, just facts
The spacious room was clean, and the delicious breakfast offered plenty of variety. Being just a few blocks away from Wenceslas Square made exploring easy. Some noise disturbances from the street were an issue. It was a nice place, but be prepared for road noise at night.

1. Some problems with breakfast: very bad orange juice, small glasses, supply interruption; 2. Switch off electricity and fire service (hope, that was an exception)

Breakfast reasonable and location good for the price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was kept clean and presentable. Free internet access was a real bonus, essential of a hotel these days
The constant noise of sirens all day and night. Being on the main thorougfare for LPrague it was certainly noisy with police and ambulances. This could driv some clients crazy.

Had a braw weekend here! The breakfast was pure dead brilliant with a cracking selection and the coffee hit the spot. But the noise from the street was a right bother, making it hard to catch a good sleep during the night.

The room had spacious dimensions with high ceilings, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with local pastries, hot items, and fresh fruits. Staff at breakfast were friendly and made the mornings enjoyable. Some issues arose. The noise from the street was bothersome at night was great. I encountered room maintenance inconsistencies, as the cleaning wasn't thorough at times. When I requested help with my luggage, the receptionist could not assist due to being alone at the front desk, inconvenient. The experience had its highlights, but there were definite areas that need attention.

perfect location, well equipped and clean room
Bed is too sort for my taste. Checking out took more than 20 minutes due to the bad communication between the clerk and computer....and I was first person there, after me there was a queue...

Nice and clean rooms, good location - close to the city, fair price.
Feels a bit impersonal and only 8 channels in Czech on tv. For a four star hotel they could use a proper satellite tv.
